[[https://www.web3d.org/x3d/what-x3d|X3D (Extensible 3D)]] is a simple-ish markup language that lets you create [[3d_worlds|3D worlds]] on a webpage the same way you create a HTML webpage. It allows 3D models to be created in Blender and loaded on your website using a range of textures, sounds and other interactions.
