+FTP is an online file management system you can use for accessing and editing files on a web-server, ML provides members a small FTP space that can be used for hosting files, primarily intended for using with the everyone site, homepages, newsletters etc.

+===== How to COnnect =====
+To connect to your community file storage you can use any SFTP client, if you've never used FTP before [[https://cyberduck.io/|Cyberduck]] is a good choice.

+  * Protocol: SFTP
+  * Server: [[ftp://ftp.melonland.net|ftp.melonland.net]]
+  * Port: 2222
+  * Username: Your ML login user (not your display name)
+  * Pass: Your ML password (same as forum)
+Click enter and you should have access to your very own file storage!

+Members are currently limited to 100mb of total files each. Program files such as .exe .sh .app files are not accepted, but all other types are.
