+Dealing with moderation issues can be stressful and scary. Working with other moderators should help reduce that stress, however there are a few things you can do to aid that.
+Firstly, remember to be humaine but emotionally detached. If you are emotional about a moderation issue, suddenly the other moderators are not only dealing with the issue, but also your emotions, and that's much more draining for everyone. Secondly, remember that a moderation chat is not a forum thread, keep it simple!
+When you encounter an issue that you need to discuss in the mod chat, follow these steps:
+  - Briefly describe the issue clearly in a few sentences, mentioning who it relates to.
+  - Specify exactly what rules from the [[guidelines|guidelines]] that this issue may be breaking.
+  - Quote and/or link examples that demonstrate where or how the issue is breaking those rules.
+  - Propose a clear action you think should be taken, or describe the question you'd like other mods to answer.
