Do you have a question about a forum feature? A bug? A feature request? Ask it here!

The forum is closed on Mondays, you will be unable to access the forum on that day! This is partly to give everyone a break (especially moderators), but also to act as a reminder that it's not good to always be online and connected - it's good to step back and appreciate the time we have. If you send a message or make a post as the forum is closing the post won't be lost, it will be there when the forum reopens!

The forum closes at Midnight UTC (@000) on Monday and opens again 24 hours later at @000 Tuesday!

The forum login link works on Mondays, so you can still access your account to do non-posting activities, like editing the Everyone Website, your forum profile page, or this wiki.

You can use the password reset page on the forum, however, if you have issues please email webmaster@melonking.net!

If you have a more personal issue you can send a pm to a staff member; if you have a more general issue you can open a discussion on the Forum Discussion board! There is also an anonymous feedback form here: https://forum.melonland.net/feedback.php

You can change your display name on your Account Settings page any time you like!

Changing your system level username (login user) is possible, but it needs to be done manually by contacting melon. Before contacting please make of note of these details:

1. You must delete any banners you have in the Banner Club
2. You will lose access to your past Sneeze/FTP files, if you wish to delete any you must do it first.
3. Please let melon known if you have a minecraft server account, it needs to be ported.
4. Your past Everyone Site edits will still show your old username.
5. Your past wiki edits will still show your old username.
6. 3rd party sites using MelonLand Passports could break or lose your data.
7. There may be other bugs and issues related to login name changes.
8. Your password will be reset and a new one will be sent by email, please check your e-mail is correct!

The MelonLand forum runs on SMF (Simple Machines Forum) which is an OpenSource forum software; they have some great documentation on their wiki too, so please feel free to view their topics:
